Verde on Smith has been, for quite sometime, a favorite of ours for an easy, delicious bottomless brunch option in Cobble Hill that I am so excited to share with you.
Verde on Smith is a new Italian restaurant sensation can be classified as “Northern Italian with a Southern twist.” The menu offers completely organic products utilizing meat, fish and produce. While each menu items are exquisite, we of course have our favorites. With large windows that open in the front, break walls with just the perfect amount of mood lighting and a back patio area, this place is great for brunching during the warmer months, as well as, the colder months. The staff is always the most attentive without being annoying and absolutely the friendliest. Your glass is never left empty more than a few a minutes and did we mention bottomless?
By far, my personal favorite and my always go to is the steak and eggs. It is always cooked to perfection and just melts in your mouth. Any easy second on my list as a go to is the Kobe burger. There is never a brunch at Verde that some at the table does not have the burger and loves every bite. Often, its so hard to eat slowly as you want to devour it because it is so delicious.
